CALABASAS   
Is a great place to live if you desire new construction and estate living in a rural setting. Many homes are Mediterranean in style and exceed 3500 square feet. Located approximately 10 miles west of the 405 freeway. The price range for homes are from $400,000 to $1.5 million. Parents enjoy La Virgenes schools, one of the best public school districts in Los Angeles.
